Please checkout our Packages. All inhouse guests can participate in daily scheduled activities (Agnihotra, Morning Yoga session, Karma yoga at Spice farm and Evening session on Meditation/ Kirtan). Guest can also take up treatment specific theruptic yoga session(s) as per consultation.

 

Typical Daily routine

Yogic day mantra at retreat is to rise early from bed and have a glass of herbal drink for detox. A quick morning stroll in midst of the mist filled plantations along with agnihotra (fire ritual) helps to setup mood for daily yoga practices. Morning practices emphasis warm up, stretching, surya-namaskar and other hatta yoga poses along with pranayama. Once the workout is over, you will soon be igniting your test buds with natural and organic breakfast.

After breakfast, you are left for personalized activities like Ayurvedic treatments, nature hiking and local sightseeing.  A session on wellness involving Yoga, Ayurveda and other related topics are taken up to provide better understanding of age old life science as developed in Indian culture.

 

The rich flavor of spices coming from kitchen will churn your stomach juices with hunger and you will find yourself on the dining table with authentic delicacies to treat yourself at lunch.

Afternoon time can be spent in a relaxed way by exploring yourself further. In order to re-attach you to the earth roots with karma yoga, a hand on experience is waiting at farmyard. Personalized session on therapeutic Yoga is another option to avail.

The setting of dusk is more suitable time to relax your body and mind in a Yogic manner by way of practice of restorative asanas.

Satvic dinner provides nourishment with subtle energies to participate in a special evening session to dwell into sub-conscious plane of meditation and kirtan.

A well satisfied soul is ready to retire for good night sleep.

 

Yogic Facilities:

A semi-covered patio tucked in midts of spice plantation overlooking tea covered hills is an ideal place for all yogic activities. The positive vibrations of the place brings attunement with higher consciousness. Morning yoga session, Sat-kriyas, Lecture on holistic wellbeing, Theruptic yoga, Restorative yoga and meditation session are some of daily running activities where guests can participate. During other times the space can be used for personal practice.

Yoga shala with staircase leads down to more seclude place where early morning group Agnihotra session is conducted. This semi covered space can also be utilized freely for personal meditation.

6:30AM:                             Agnihotra & Sat-kriyas

7:00 AM to 8:00AM:       Morning Astanga and Hatta Yoga

8:30AM to 10:00AM:      Breakfast

1:00PM to 2:30PM:         Lunch

2:30PM to 3:30PM:         Karma Yoga at Farm

3:30PM to 4:00PM:         Afternoon herbal drink time

4:00PM to 5:00PM:         Afternoon Restorative Yoga

6:00PM to 7:00PM:         Meditation/ Kirtan/ Chantings

7:30PM to 9:00PM:          Dinner

9:00PM:                              Retire to room
