Kaivalyam Wellness Retreat is nestled in a valley slope, surrounded with hills around, abundant tree cover, natural water stream and vast acreage of spice plantation.   • Tea Garden walk to waterfall – A walk down the winding road through tea covered hills leads to beautiful waterfall of Atukad. The surrounding views are breathtaking with views of different shades of sun on the tea gardens.

  • Indoor games and book reading – Carrom, Scrabble, Uno and Ludo are some of indoor games to keep entertaining guests. Adjucent outdoor space can be used for playing badminton. Kathakali is a traditional Indian dance native to Kerala. To perform it, artists deck out in elaborate costumes and colorful makeup to tell stories from Hindu epics.

Kalaripayattu is a martial art designed for the ancient battlefield (the word “Kalari” meaning “battlefield”), with weapons and combative techniques that are unique to India.
