Holistic Diet – Wellness retreat focuses on holistic diet for guest looking for healthy food related wellbeing. Guest on holistic diet plan under observation and consultation are provided with food which includes unrefined, unprocessed, organic and locally grown whole foods. It’s an approach to eating that very consciously considers everything that’s eaten and focuses on eating for health above all else.

Ayurvedic diet– Guest on Ayurveda program under doctor’s consultation are provided with meal plan based on the principles of traditional Ayurvedic stream of medicine. The diet involves eating or restricting certain foods based on dosha, or body type.

Jain diet –  At Kaivalyam, we prepare customized jain cuisines as  per guests requirement. When such food is prepared, we adher to jain principle in totality without any adulteration. Jain diet is vegetarian one which also excludes underground vegetables such as potato, garlic, onion etc, to prevent injuring small insects and microorganisms. Jain dietary practices also include the practice of choviar, or eating before sunset. In fact, this practice of eating an early dinner has also been shown scientifically to be better for your digestion, metabolism, and overall health.

Gluten free diet – Specific guest requirement of gluten free diet is prepared in our kitchen with utmost care to avoid any contamination. It involves excluding foods that contain the protein gluten, including wheat, rye and barley. Proper substitute ingredients are used in preparations of food.

Vegan diet – Supporting guest view of taking up vegan diet for ethical, environmental or health reasons, our kitchen is more than eager to provide substitute with food ingredient to prepare dishes.  A typical vegan diet is devoid of all animal products, including meat, eggs and dairy.
